Men’s Formula [Glandular]

provides a nutritional boost to men 40 and older. Each capsule contains 190 mg of saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens) standardized to 20 percent essential fatty acids; 54 mg of concentrated pygeum extract (Prunus africana) standardized to 2.5 total sterols, calculated as B-sisterol; 35 mg of standardized lycopene beadlets, a powerful antioxidant; 10 mg of stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica) standardized to 2 percent plant silica; 115 mg of gotu kola; and 5 mg of zinc. Take 3 capsules with a meal twice daily for two months.

 Then take 2 capsules with food per day.
