Each Natural Changes packet contains a special selection of products to specifically provide nutritional support for women experiencing natural changes as they age.
C-X provides nutrients that must be present for proper function of the reproductive glands of mature women, and provides plant sources of chromium, magnesium, and selenium. Wild Yam & Chaste Tree nutritionally supports the female glandular and reproductive systems.
Flax Seed Oil provides nutritional support for the immune and circulatory systems, Omega-6 to support the glandular and structural systems, and Omega-9 to support the respiratory system. Flax Seed Oil, a convenient plant-source alternative, is one of the richest sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, containing nearly twice as much Omega-3 as fish oils. Omega-3 oils are known to play a role in cardiovascular or circulatory health.
Skeletal Strength contains vitamins and minerals to nutritionally support the structural and nervous systems. Calcium is needed for muscle contraction.
