Each packet contains:• STR-J™ (two capsules): Contains chamomile flowers, passion flowers, hops flowers, fennel seeds, marshmallow root and feverfew herb.• SUMA Combination (two capsules): Contains suma root, astragalus root, Siberian ginseng root, ginkgo leaves and gotu kola herb.• Nutri-Calm (one tablet): Contains vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, niacinamide and pantothenic acid in a base of schizandra fruit, choline bitartrate, PABA, wheat germ, bee pollen, valerian root, passion flower, inositol, hops flowers and citrus bioflavonoids.• Hops Concentrate (one capsule): Standardized to 5 percent alpha bitter acid. Each capsule contains hops concentrate plus hops herb.
