contains 70 trace minerals that are chelated by nature for better absorption. Research continues to confirm the importance of even tiny amounts of various minerals previously thought to be insignificant to the body. In many instances, trace amounts may be beneficial where large amounts are not. The form the mineral takes is also very important. Every six tablets contain 1,800 mg of Montmor-illonite from an ancient ocean deposit and 16 mg of iron from ferrous gluconate, equivalent to 89 percent of the Daily Value.
