 Tiao He Cleanse® [Intestinal]
is a 10-day nutritional program designed to help the body achieve tiao he—balance and harmony. It combines Chinese nutritional and Western herbal experience. The Tiao He Cleanse is designed to support the cleansing mechanisms of the body by targeting the intestinal, digestive and circulatory systems. Each packet contains 1 capsule each of Chinese Liver Balance (formerly LIV-C, digestive support), All Cell Detox (formerly Special Formula #1), LBS II® (intestinal support), Psyllium Hulls (bulking agent), Burdock Root (circulatory system) and Black Walnut Hulls (digestive system).
Take the contents of 1 packet 15 minutes before meals up to three times daily (for 10 days) with 8 oz. water, followed by another 8 oz. water. This should produce two or three bowel movements daily. If stools become too loose, reduce the number of packets being used. Continue the program until you have used all 30 packets.

Recommended Usage
Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) 15 minutes before meals up to three times daily for 10 days. Drink one glass (8 ounces) of Nature's Spring water with the capsules, followed by another glass of water. This should produce two or three bowel movements daily. If stools become too loose, reduce the number of packets being used. Continue the program until all 30 packets have been used. (Program not recommended for children.)
Eat fresh fruits, vegetables (especially green leafy), and whole grains (rice) while using this product. Avoid red meat, coffee, alcohol, and sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of Nature's Spring water.

1 capsule contains: 485 mg of Chinese Liver Balance, a blend of Bupleurum root (Bupleurum chinese), peony root without bark (Paeonia officinalis), typhonium rhizome (Typhonium flagelliforme), cinnamon twig (Cinnamomum cassia), dang qui root (Angelica sinensis and polymorpha), fushen sclerotium with root (Poria cocos), scute root (Scutellaria baicalensis), zhishi fruit (Citrus aurantium), atractylodes rhizome (Atractylodes lancea), ginseng root (Panax ginseng), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), and licorice root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis).
1 capsule contains: 475 mg of All Cell Detox, a blend of gentian root (Gentiana lutea), Irish moss plant (Chondrus crispus), cascara sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana), golden seal rhizome (Hydrastis canadensis), fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum), slippery elm bark (Ulmus fulva), safflower flowers (Carthamus tinctorius), black walnut hulls Juglans nigra), myrrh gum (Commiphora molmol), yellow dock root (Rumex crispus), parthenium root (Parthenium integrifolium), Oregon grape root and rhizome (Berberis aquifolium), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), uva ursi leaves (Arctostaphylos uva ursi), chickweed leaves and flowering tops (Stellaria media), catnip aerial parts (Nepeta cataria), and cyani flowers (Centaurea cyanus).
1 capsule contains: 425 mg of LBS II, a blend of cascara sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana), buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), capsicum fruit (Capsicum annuum), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), Oregon grape root and rhizome (Berberis aquifolium), Turkey rhubarb root (Rheum officinale), couch grass rhizome (Agropyron repens), and red clover flowers (Trifolium pratense).
1 capsule contains: 465 mg of Psyllium Hulls (Plantago ovata).
1 capsule contains: 360 mg of Burdock Root (Arctium lappa).
1 capsule contains: 500 mg of Black Walnut Hulls (Juglans nigra).
