Recommended Usage
Directions: Take 10-15 drops under the tongue every 1-2 hours following overexertion or appearance of symptoms, then decrease to 3-4 times daily until symptoms disappear. For children under 12, consult your health care professional.

Active ingredients: Arnica montana (Mountain Arnica) 3x, Bellis perennis (Daisy) 3x, Cinchona officinalis (China) 3x, Gnaphalium polycephalum (Common Everlasting) 4x, Ruta graveolens (Rue) 4x, Colocynthis (Bitter Apple) 6x, Asafoetida (Asafetida) 8x, Kalmia latifolia (Mountain Laurel) 8x.
