includes psyllium, oat fibers and apple fibers to support the normal functions of the bowel. Each serving provides 2 g of dietary fiber—1 g of soluble and 1 g of insoluble fiber. Both are naturally present in food. They are important to health but can be lost in the refining process, and both are important to the health of the body. Each 10-calorie serving provides 2 grams of dietary fiber equal to one fresh apple without the extra calories.
