Recommended Usage
Directions: Adults – Take 10-15 drops under the tongue every 20-30 minutes prior to and following exercise or workouts. Not for use in children under 12 years of age.

Active ingredients: Panax quinquefolius (Ginseng) 1x, Paullinia sorbilis (Guarana) 1x, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) 2x, Alfalfa (Alfalfa) 3x, Avena sativa (Oats) 3x, Sabal serrulata (Saw Palmetto) 3x, Zingiber (Ginger) 3x, Phosphoricum Acidum (Phosphoric Acid) 6x, Thuja occidentalis (Tree of Life) 6x. Other ingredients: Purified water and 20% USP alcohol.
