Nature’s Sunshine Products Used in Lyme Disease

These are the most critical supplements used in the

Lyme Disease Research Project.

Blood Type and Low-Carb Diet

Excessive sugar in the bloodstream and an accompanying rise in insulin cause inflammation in all organs.   (J. Royal Society of Medicine 2002;42)

Enzymes

·         Proactazyme Plus or  Food Enzymes– with meals

·         Protease Plus – Start with Protease Plus, increase slowly to 6 - take between meals

·         Then change to High Potency Protease – increase slowly to 6 – take between meals

Magnesium (Magnesium Complex  or  Fibralgia) -- Sublingual

Can Alternative Therapies Make a Difference in Stage-3 Lyme disease?

28 patients started study

14 “control” patients continued using

conventional therapy during study;

3 improved (less than 30%),

8 were unchanged

and 3 worsened.

Of  14 patients in alternative treatment group,

13 completed study (1 dropped out due to surgery.)
