General Instructions for Lyme Research Program
The supplements have been carefully calculated for this study, and most supplements will last for at least 1 month..
Before your day starts- Mix up your 1 qt of water with pH Green Zone, Lymph and Kidney Drainage. You will drink this throughout the day.
The easiest way to put together your supplements is to purchase from your grocery store small zip lock baggies- called snack packs. You can put together your herbs for each meal in these bags and label them. This makes it more convenient and simple when taking your herbs each meal. These packs can be made up daily or a week or so in advance.
1 Hour Before Breakfast
Morning is the best time to do detox bath.

1. After taking Protease (Protease Plus day 1-14- then on day 15-70 change to High Potency Protease)
2. Skin brushing technique and Deep Breathing
3. On Day 15 Add TOA Free Cat’s Claw (Samento)- 30 minutes after Protease
4. Detox Bath- soak for 20 minutes
5. Shower or rinse off
6. Homeopathic Nervousness NSP to forearm- (shake bottle, Mix with 1 oz. hot water. Let stand for 5 minutes- then drink.)

8. One scoop of D-Leucine Powder under tongue

It takes 120 days for your red blood to be replaced utilizing the building blocks of the food and supplements you are taking. Don’t allow yourself to become stressed over a bad day. Tomorrow is a new day. Get outdoors, call a friend, do something for some else, make someone happy that is sicker than you. Think on positive things. You will have some bad days because the biological terrain is changing.
It is very important that you write a journal. Your journal should include the following- the negative things you are battling and getting rid of (food, diet, emotions etc), on a different page list the positive things that are happening to you (feeling better, tongue not coated, better energy, etc), also include in your journal the level of compliance with your instructions. In other words, do you feel that you are complying 100% or do you feel you are only complying with 70% of your instructions. How do you feel about that? Record all this in your journal. Your journal will become a record of your daily emotions, feelings and thoughts.
