Please read the following information about the Blood Type Diets

before continuing.

The links  for the Blood Type Diet are for severe immune dysfunction which emphasizes a low-glycemic diet to reduce sugar.  

"Excessive sugar in the bloodstream and an accompaning rise in insulin cause inflammation in all organs." (J. Royal Society of Medicine 2002;42)

 These diets are for chronic illness and recommended to be used for 3 to 4 months.  Then the regular Blood Type Diet.

Do your best not to eat the “Avoid Foods” listed for your Blood Type.  Rarely will one be 100% successful at doing this, but give it your best shot. 

 

  • Beneficial Foods – considered LIKE A MEDICINE – Improving bodily function and performance.  Eat 70% Beneficial foods.

 

  • Neutral Foodsconsidered as LIKE A FOOD.  Eat 30% Neutral Foods.

  • AVOID FOODS – CONSIDERED AS like a poison or toxin.

One food may be a poison for you and, likewise, medicine for someone else.
